Designed and worn in the Mardi Gras carnival, New Orleans. The artist has lived in San Francisco, New York City, various intentional communities in the United States and Vermont ca. 1985 – 2008 and is now studio space in the Tip-Top Arts and Media Building, White River Jct. His fascination with undressed bodies is evident in this item of “fetish” clothing.
