Shoes and "Tiny Shoes" were originally a category focused on by Pascal Spengemann, then of Burlington, Vermont.
Mr. Spengeman's interest in shoes could, at that time be described as "fetishitic". We do not consider the concrete manifestations of this fetish, in all their detail, could possibly be of any interest the outside observer, even this voyeuristic age.
