Historic Overview

From our analysis, musicians seem to leave behind equipment on a regular basis. They often arrive at their performance locations without mike stands, rugs, mike-cords, etc. They almost always, without exception, begin setting up at their respective venues and realize that they have forgotten the power-strips necessary to plug in their equipment. Likewise they leave behing things after they have completed performing. Seemingly significant items such as house keys, credit cards, and yes—the iconic underpants of musicians and fans—are discarded in bars and public halls around the world as weary song-birds with electric guitars, bass-amps, accordions and drum sets wander home.

Musicians have left things behind for a long time. Perhaps it is the nature of the intensity of the creative act. Perhaps its just because they are often drunk.
