hey there folks -- just a word, if i may...

its first fridays in white river jct tonight. hope to see you down here... we are having one of our grand open houses here, cupcakes and champagne! -- two of your favorite things, right? and we are hopping right up until midnight with hard core bands, "portrait" and the "behavior of moths". check them out, man!

dont forget, tomorrow, saturday is glory days of the railroad in downtown rio blanco. come see the festivities -- the pep, the get-up-and-go! -- one of the states biggest draws, from 9 to 5 pm!

we have been doing organization and clean-up at the msm all summer. it may not look it, but we have. really, we have. dont worry, we are still shabby, eccentric and a place where you never know what will happen next. but our storage is streamlined and vitrines are laden with artifacts and better looking!

as a result of our cleanup our Lost and Found is overflowing. in the next month of so, we will be hauling it all to the listen or the good-buy centers, all of it -- hats, gloves, knapsacks, costumes, shoes, etc. Even pants. Who leaves pants at a museum? come and get it if its yours. (or even if its not). yould be amazed how much stuff gets left behind here during the course of our events and we have to make room for the items that we are sure will be left here after the halloween party and parade.
