This is some home-made red kimchi (red cabbage, beets, red onion, blueberries, carrot, garlic, ginger and jalapeno and salt) made during the rainy season, many things got moldy. Had throw it out, not just because it was moldy but also because it was the wrong kind of awful smell, nevertheless it was quite beautiful.
